The brief
Overview
Saray Bazaar sells original perfumes and personal care products from international brands to customers across Iraq. They wanted a store that feels at home for Iraqi shoppers, on the web and on their phones, with the catalog, orders and marketing run from one place.
We built everything: the online store, the iPhone and Android app, the admin dashboard, and the systems behind all three. Products and stock sync automatically from Beauty Way, another platform we built, so the store stays accurate without manual data entry.
What we built
Features that matter to the business
Three languages, two directions
Arabic, Kurdish and English across the site and the app, with right-to-left layouts and dedicated Arabic typefaces.
iPhone and Android app
A shopping app on both stores, with sign-in by a one-time code sent to the customer's phone, and push notifications.
Checkout and payments
Online payment through Wayl, with each order confirmed only once the payment clears. Delivery by governorate and pickup are both supported.
Instant search
Search that shows results as customers type and forgives spelling mistakes.
Built for advertising
The catalog feeds Facebook and Instagram shopping with branded product images, and every purchase is tracked so ad campaigns report real sales.
Run the business
An admin dashboard for products, brands, orders and settings, with sales statistics, ad spend tracking and PDF order receipts.

Performance
Stable and fast, even on a weak connection
Pages and screens load quickly on mobile data, and product images are kept on the phone after the first view. The app checks whether it can actually reach the store, so hotel wifi login pages and mobile data with no balance don't leave customers staring at a frozen screen, and it picks up again on its own when the connection returns.
