The brief
Overview
Beauty Way supplies beauty and personal care products from around 100 brands, from everyday names to luxury fragrance houses. It sells to individual shoppers and to trade customers, and each group needs different prices from the same catalog.
We built the online store, the admin system and everything behind them. Every customer account carries a price tier, so the same product shows retail, wholesale or distributor pricing depending on who is signed in. To speed up adding new stock, we also built an AI-assisted intake pipeline that drafts complete listings from a barcode and a photo.
What we built
Features that matter to the business
Three price tiers
Retail, wholesale and distributor prices live on each product. The cart, checkout and order documents all follow the tier on the customer's account.
Dinars or dollars
Trade customers can see prices in US dollars, converted at an exchange rate the team sets in the admin.
AI product intake
Staff scan a barcode with the device camera and add a photo. AI identifies the product and drafts its name in English, Arabic and Kurdish, with brand, category and size.
Review queue
AI drafts land in a queue where staff edit, regenerate, approve or reject them, one at a time or in bulk, before anything goes live.
Search and browsing
Fast search with filters and sorting, plus browsing by category and brand across more than 1,000 products.
Feeds a second store
Beauty Way's catalog and stock levels sync into Saray Bazaar, so both storefronts stay accurate from a single source.

Performance
Stable and fast, even on a weak connection
Every response from the server is compressed, product images are sized for the screen they appear on, and long pages load section by section as the customer scrolls. Browsing more than 1,000 products stays quick even on a slow mobile connection.
